Shipping Information

PLACING ORDERS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. ET for same-day processing. Full processing time is between 1-2 days. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.

Items will ship two weeks after the order is placed.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. You can also contact customer service at customerservice@beautebymarlette.com for more shipping and tracking details.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
  • Delivery is approximately 4-9 business days after the time of shipment.
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable. This includes undeliverable or refused shipments.
